This is Kazuki, the protagonist of Unknown Moon. She is a kitsune who fell in love with a shrine maiden, only to get sealed within an ofuda when she tried to confess.
Her name is spelled "ๅฝๆ", notable for having a Ghost Kanji, "ka" (ๅฝ).
