I like that the post-accident flashbacks are filmed without backgrounds since the main character doesn't actually remember them. That's a nice detail.

I was looking at 2024 dramas and chanced upon #Unmet. It's a medical/romance jdrama and so far (halfway into ep 1) it handles its themes with a lot of maturity. None of the characters seem evil. This might be a good one.
