Cover of the original 1st volume. It shows mostly two figures: a gesturing man whose eyes are covered by a gray cloak and what's seen of his face shows he has clearer gray skin. He's wearing green clothes & brown gloves & his left hand is emitting a trail of clear green light. And in front of him, on the bottom half of the image, a small white girl with long brown hair flowing behind her, wearing a short sleeved, high collared blue shirt over a long sleeved red one and clear brown pants. She's posed running into the image but she's looking back at the camera doing a shushing gesture, and, most prominently, a brown lion-like tail is growing out of her behind, jutting out of a hole in her pants and flowing freely.
They are on a featureless yellow background and the man's green light mixes with a short of red half-transparent eels floating around then on the corners of the image.
At the top the title can be read in white letters, along with the subtitle: "VOLUME 1: The Zombie and The Brat"
113. 💬 Started reading @glassshard.bsky.social's #Unsounded @ ch3 or so… & now it's over!
Amazing worldbuilding, gorgeous (if 2 gory at times) art, realistic flawed characters… The complex plot made it hard 2 follow by updates, reread incoming (w the new books?)
Next, #TheRedCost!
