The problem I find with #UpperEchelon is there are balanced works like this that clearly lay out an issue factually & go out of his way to show it is not a partisan problem, but systemic.
His work is excellent, # but, then in others goes Henny Penny trying to prove a generalization like ' #AI bad'.
