Imagine if many of our cities embraced #urbansim and gave us #carfree places like. This place in Madrid is filled with life and energy without the cars. It was so nice to experience the pleasant sounds of a #city, people talking, laughing, and restaurants bustling ☺️
So why do these pieces never lead with the (now) clear benefit that folks on almost all spectrums of interest can agree on?
Reduced car dependence is better for city finances and makes citizens wealthier.
