Kai would LOVE to have a pet clouded leopard. It's his all time favorite animal. He'd like a king cheetah or a pet raven alternatively.
Naj wants a pet shark or a pet golden eagle. He jokingly has said he wanted a pet goose so he teach it to terrorize Kai for funsies. π€

Kai is an excellent skater on both fronts. Kai has been rollerblading/rollerskating since he was 7. He picked up ice skating at 17.
Naj has mostly rollerskating and skateboarding from his childhood/adolescence. Kai and Naj visits the rink & street skate often, especially in the summer.

Kai and Naj have definitely (read: canonically) visited an abandoned factory and a small few vacant malls, one of which was a childhood mall.
Kai and Naj both explored and skated around the ground and upper floors in one mall and made a good Vlog of their adventure.
