Kai and Naj have definitely (read: canonically) visited an abandoned factory and a small few vacant malls, one of which was a childhood mall.

Kai and Naj both explored and skated around the ground and upper floors in one mall and made a good Vlog of their adventure.

(Kai wouldn't snitch at all, he's very loyal to those closest to him...sometimes to a fault. In the case of Naj he's way more than down to help hide a bod. It's just his knowledge of _certain subjects_ can be a lil unsettling...)
