ARC Review: Very Dangerous Things – Lauren Muñoz Criminology focused school J. Everett High traditionally hosts a staged murder mystery to test its students each year with a huge prize for the winners. Dulce and her friend Emi are determined to win this year, hoping to use the prize to fund their dream trip to the UK. The game begins and as expected, the chosen victim, Xavier Torres, is found poisoned - except he's actually dead. Xavier's ex-girlfriend (who is also Dulce's ex-best friend) is the prime suspect and Dulce is skeptical when Sierra pleads with her to find the real culprit, but after much convincing, agrees to investigate. But as more and more suspects come to light with equally strong motives, will Dulce be able to solve the mystery in time?
