Photo shows one of Snowflakes feet hanging out of a den opening while he snoozed the day away. Snowflake is a Virginia opossum that lives in the back garden. We've constructed several artificial dens or of coolers so they tend to rotate where they sleep every few days. This is a foot of Snowflake, a Virginia opossum spending a day in a constructed den. His leg and tail were hanging out of the den opening but he was snoring away.
