Unsure where the machine begins and the person remains. And while doubt creeps up on Kai like phishing mail, there's been one remedy that's always aided her soul to feel grounded in this strange, mechanical horror she is beholden to: The Love of someone who sees well beyond the steel, electrope and pink glowing blood. People such as her dearest blaze; Basanite, a wonderfully witty smuggler. And people like her little bug; Vivian, a sweetly determinated hacker.

My first draft for Vivian's future design.
