As we contemplate a New Year, it is appropriate to reflect on yet another year passing with no clear plan from the Scottish Government and COSLA to deliver the promised reduction in Class Contact Time for teachers. This should be the number one priority for both as we enter 2026. #VoteYesYes #EduSky

It's pretty simple: in every survey, our members say they are overwhelmed by excessive workload and they need more time. The Scottish Government and COSLA need reminded of that by seeing a strong result in our current ballot. Return your ballot paper now! #VoteYesYes #EduSky

NASUWT condemns both the Scottish Government and local authorities for failing to deliver on promises to restore teacher numbers and reduce class contact time.

I've voted YES:YES in our consultative ballot. Make sure you use your vote! We have to hold the Scottish Government to account for its failure to deliver on its own manifesto commitment.

A very personal message from Grace O'Sullivan on reasons to #VoteYesYes — in the window of her office on Washington St today.

Reminding us that families come in all forms, and its members provide care of all kinds to one another, even while the State should strive to support so.

Voting yes in both referendums will extend the definition of family to be more inclusive of all families, and will create a responsibility on the state to support the bonds of care within families.

These changes are to Article 41 - The Family.

I started with a reluctant #VoteYesYes and have now come around to an equally reluctant #VoteNoNo.

I do not want to maintain the incredibly shitty status quo. I want it to be improved. I don't think either amendment improves the situation, altho at first blush they seem to.

So please take a moment to read these statements from some of the many people and groups who initially campaigned for #VoteYesYes and after listening to many disabled people and carers, will be choosing #VoteYesNo

Orla O'Connor: A Yes vote in the referendums won’t change women’s lives. A No vote would be trul... Article 41.2 frames our lives, our society, and our value.
