If you can't go yourself, legally someone can drop off your ballot for you. Follow the instructions on the back of your mail-in ballot. Take your mail-in ballot with you when you vote in person. If you don't have one, no worries! You can still vote provisionally. The 2002 HAVA Act allows any California resident to vote. Any photo ID type is accepted or documents like bills with your address.
