➡️强迫失踪是一种酷刑，如果是系统性的，则可能构成危害人类罪
➡️关注中国的单独监禁制度，包括 #指定居所监视居住 #RSDL
➡️家属在报告案件时会面临恐吓和 #报复
➡️呼吁追责、预防侵权行为发生并支持受害者
根据 #联合国 强迫或非自愿失踪问题工作组 #WGEID 最新报告，截至今年5月，#中国 有151起未决的强迫失踪案件，工作组关切：
➡️由于害怕 #报复，大多数案件是由居住在境外的亲属和组织提交
➡️艺术、文化、政治和宗教表达，与少数群体或批评政府者相关的表达受压制
➡️存在跨国镇压模式

It’s been 8 years since I’ve talked to my family in #Kashgar as China banned/criminalized contacting families in any way.
Chinese gov’ts reply to #WGEID stated that most of my family members are sentenced to lengthy prison sentences, unjustly. Other than that the gov’t is keeping me in the dark.
