The King’s Rabble is a wip I can only work on when I’m in a really specific headspace, which is a shame because it’s the queerest of my stories (& all of my stories are queer). The non-binary narrator gets caught up in the selection process for the king’s Second Spouse, & things get weird.

I just started working on something I've been kicking around a bit. Right now I'm calling it 'The Tyrant Protocol' and it's about two trans men; one a villain and one a superhero, working together to take down the corrupt superhero system that protects billionaires. #WIPLash

I drafted a little opening to Antlery Revenge WIP last week, but I'm hoping to dive back into Pegasatyr/Minotaur this week. 🙂 I probably won't pick up where I left off, but skip ahead to the next morning and keep the story moving. I also decided I didn't wanna keep dragging my feet on Zed's tarot game, so I actually plotted out some of the dragons in Fallen Star. I found some fun characters in that process!

I've been enjoying exploring a central romance between an established couple in Seven Years Love. Cordelia & Esmé have been together for over 50 years. While they have their struggles, they very clearly still love each other. And it just kind of feels like a very different sort of romance.

I've been thinking a bit about my Greed Wars Cycle book. I planned the basic idea of them a while ago. Like, who the MC of each one would be and how they'd become the antagonist in the next one. I'm starting to think I should restructure some of them for better conflicts, though

My most recent idea for a story that I want to pursue is an adventure fantasy following a young girl as she sets out to make a map of an unpredictable world. She also has a pet crow.
That's literally all I know about the story for know, but hey, all ideas start somewhere, right?

#WIPLash There's a story kicking around my head of a ghost trying to solve his own murder. The problem is that mediums are IMMEDIATELY sent to mental institutes and drugged. There are a few real 'fakes', but they refuse to help for obvious reasons.

I have a plot worked out for "The Gay Husbands of Windsor", a contemporary reimagining of Shakespeare's "Merry Wives". Instead of John Falstaff, we have Jane Failquaint, a devout woman who thinks she can save the gay men through hetero sex.

I like turning ideas on their head. I think it'd be an interesting thing to do like a slasher story, but it's the monsters running away from a crazed human.
I don't do horror, but I could see me trying a bit of an "Army of Darkness" kind of style.

#WIPLash My first-ever story was a blend of Game of Thrones and Bloodborne. The "book" was a 60-something-page-long mess of barely any descriptions and too many characters.
I liked a concept it had, though: a sort of "realm of smoke" that was invisible and sort of a dark mirror to the (1/3)

I started a story a while ago in a post-apocalyptic world with some Zombies and Humans trying to make a trade.
I think this story is quite funny, one day I will get back to it. I enjoy changing tropes about monsters, especially Zombies. I love Zombies and making weird stories about them.
