Nach dem ersten Starkregen 06.24 rutschten bereits mehrere Steine aus der Ufersicherung. Ich habe das sofort der Gemeinde und der WLV gemeldet bis heute wurde nichts verbessert. Wenn diese Steine ins Bachbett gespült werden, wird mein Grundstück massiv überflutet.

12.23 Die WLV in ihrer Baubeschreibung angeben, für die Ufersicherung Steine und 120³ Beton zu verwenden. Es wurde kein Beton eingesetzt dort wo das Wasser zu meinem Grundstück floss. In der näheren Umgebung wurden die Steine sehr wohl mit Beton fixiert.
