A monstera mint high color variegated leaf and the trained eye could mistake it for an albo, with the large creamy upper right quadrant of the leaf being so substantial, where mint are typically more marbled. There is a thin minty stripe between the right upper quadrant and the right lower quadrant and then a bright green. The green seems to have a texture as well, and the trained eye would know that it’s more variegation beginning to burn into the leaf. Objectively beautiful leaf with primary fenestrations, one on each side.
sometimes I tell my plants, “shut up! Too pretty, stop it.”

A beautiful Hoya compacta variegata, a very spirally creamy yellow and green plant with twisted chunky vines piled into a hanging terra cotta pot in the back seat of a car. There is a costa farms tag with QR code on it. There is also a small (and beautiful) tiny pink section of the vine towards the top of the full pot.
Welcome home, Hoya compacta variegata! This plant used to be about a billion dollars, especially for such a nice full specimen, because they’re so slow growing. I am so fricken excited to now have it for thirty bucks. 😍 #WTFucculent

a new emergent leaf from an anthurium. the leaf is a dark brown/bright reddish color with red veining. it's about the size of 2 sticks of gum side by side, a medium-long kind of pointy leaf, held up gently by a left hand with a silver ring on the thumb

A left hand pinching and pulling down a green anthurium leaf shaped like an arrow head. It has white and cream varigation and has a part that has evidently burned and been cut off of the leaf. It’s probably about the size of a 10” pie maybe?

A brand new leaf on the anthurium. The stem is pointed straight up and is slightly more red where the other 3 visible stems are more green. It looks like a small crumpled arrowhead, maybe an inch tall leaf with 3-4” of stem
Spotted a new leaf! It’s hard to believe that the little tiny wrinkled arrowhead shape leaf will turn into one of these giant ones. I’ll post update pics because this is Autistic joy and I want to share it
