Pink blossom
#WalkingWithWillow, we met a very fine heron amid the blossom in Battersea Park. Enjoyed our first ice-cream of the year too. A sunny Bank Holiday is a tad unnerving...but pleasing once the shock has subsided!
Just a spaniel in Spring ❤️

Purple crocuses amid fallen leaves
Early daffodils
Aconites emerging
Catkins against a blue sky
Further evidence that Aslan is on the move...
#WalkingWithWillow
Small clump of snowdrops
Yellow crocuses
The first daffodil to bud in the Peace Garden
Spring is doing its best in the Tibetan Peace Garden at Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park & we were glad to applaud it
#WalkingWithWillow
Willow catkins on bare branches
Bare tree against unfiltered brilliant blue sky
Gold dipped tree, struck by lightning, against brilliant blue sky
Fountain playing into a rippling pool
#WalkingWithWillow I. Kensington Gardens today. Bare trees & blue skies. Definite rumours of spring to come.
Suspect we may all need a sign that spring will come, so have these, from Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park, yesterday morning.

Impenetrable!
Sometimes they love me and want to come #WalkingWithWillow, others they just disappear in Hoomum's bed.
But I guess they're ok really. Specially Sorrel
Another evening glimpse of beauty after a long but satisfying Sunday.
#WalkingWithWillow who stops to sniff well-nigh everything ensures that I notice things too...
Full moon emerging from clouds, over autumn tree
Though we heard plenty, we only saw a couple of rockets on our walk last night, but who cares when the moon looks like this?

Bluebell wood
Heath with gorse bushes
Sunlight dappled woodland path
Tree against deep blue sky
Today #WalkingWithWillow led us to Chalet Wood in Wanstead, where the bluebells were sublime,- but the whole of the parkland is pretty glorious. Birdsong, gorse dotted heathland, winding tracks...it felt like real countryside but is in zone 4. Good for the soul
This evening's dog walk #WalkingWithWillow
Tree covered in pinkish blossom surrounded by fallen leaves in autumn shades
A white rose in full bloom, with a pale pink bud behind
A better start today, after the dramatic weather last night. You might almost believe in spring in West Square!
