Welsh Rugby needs a revolution.
The players are there and the fans are there (despite today's half empty national stadium) but the structure from youth to senior level isn't.
The Regions don't work, just one European Cup final appearance, and 6 URC titles in 24yrs.

Set piece was competitive and even dominant at times, phase play defence largely held up, attack clicked into gear in the final quarter.
