The grave of Corporal Albert Alecock, 14348, King's Shropshire Light Infantry. Died of Scarlet Fever on 4 May 1916, in Chester. He was 32 years old. Buried in St. Genevieve Churchyard, Euston, Suffolk.
It also includes an inscription to his brother-in-law Private Charles William Gillings, S/6258, Black Watch (Royal Highlanders). He was killed in action on 18 July 1916, aged 26. He is remembered on the Thiepval Memorial.
