Using a Warbases buffalo as a base, I sculpted an homage to a favourite illustration from one of my childhood myth books of the Sumerian Bull of Heaven for #warriorsofathena. This is the most freeform sculpting I've done on a single mini before, so it's still a bit rough!

Well, I've got my first #WarriorsofAthena miniatures painted and based.
Unfortunately it's dark now, so varnish will have to wait.
It's been a learning experience, but an enjoyable one.
I think I'll do another six now to let me have plenty of options once the books arrive.
