Text: Turn Willis Way into a pedestrian-only street between Caroline and Regina streets.

Consider a bigger network of pedestrian-only streets, possibly removing traffic from sections of King, Regina and Caroline streets.

Eliminate or repurpose parking spaces.

Create a natural public space at the cenotaph area beside Laurel Creek behind city hall. Create a wildlife corridor throughout the uptown area.

Promote greener standards for buildings, and provide incentives to support greener buildings.

Create a culture of sustainability.
