I did it by accessing FB through their website on my smartphone (any device works too). I don't use their app. 1. Click on "What's on your mind?" (Just like any other post you would do.) 2. Click on "Add Location" 3. Selection "Don't Allow" for pop up request for your location. 4. In the search bar, type "U.S. Capitol Building, Washington, D.C.' 5. Type your message in the "What's on your mind?" box "Standing with" or "Hold the Floor" and @CongressmanHakeemJeffries to tag him. 6. Post it.
