for me ' #ParkingReform' bills to date like WA #SB5184 aren't so strong or model, b/c they spend the momentum and window-of-oppty on an imo narrow, in ways unambitious, purely #deregulation response to issue. What one might call #MissionAccomplished &/or #WeGotOurs problems
