Just published a small enhancement and bugfix release for the #Webmention for #Craft CMS plugin.
It adds two important details though: lazy loading and alt text support for avatar images. 😎

Yikes, apparently its almost spot on 12 years since I launched my #webmention endpoint, but unlike @snarfed.org’s Bridgy mine has at all been as well maintained.

Last release was 6 years ago, so, um, half its time alive has gone since I last pushed an update.

kbbl is now passing all the Webmention Rocks send tests, and I celebrated with my first release of anything on Codeberg. I am having such fun.

December Adventure, 2025: Day 1 The first step is a new repository. I’m open to collaboration, so this will be hosted on Codeberg. It is named KBBL after the radio station on The Simpsons. > No sports, no rock, no information; for mindless chatter, we’re your station! …… aaand we’re back. The “human-friendly” #webmention endpoint returned a 302 instead of a 202 for *all* http requests. Now it distinguishes between general requests and those coming from an HTML form. Still not sure whether this is the best solution, but it works for now. 🤔
