Pittencrieff Park is a public park in Dunfermline. Called 'the glen' by locals.
Known for its resident peacocks.
It was purchased in 1902 by Andrew Carnegie, who kindly gave it to the people of Dunfermline. It covers 76 acres.

Over 500 years ago, Ravenscraig Castle in Kirkcaldy was at the cutting edge of castle building design.
Started in 1460, this was the first Scottish castle to be built specifically to defend against artillery.
