The dress is based on a Gertie pattern called #wiggledress but with a part circle skirt. I have a few of these, and this one is in a stretch jersey. Cardigan is #fieldcardigan. Also wearing a two-tone tulle skirt I made maybe last year or the year before? It is also reversible.
