Pearl-spotted owlet in Tarangire National Park, Tanzania

Pearl-spotted owlet, one of the only owls I’ve ever seen in East Africa. This one was backlit against a flat white sky, so it was very difficult to capture reasonably. Contrast enhancement helped.
