Yes, the optical drive is gray. It matches the power button (which is 3D printed)! It was also the only IDE drive I had that worked. Plus, many systems during this time had beige/gray aesthetics.

Some smartass is *selling* copies of Cardfile on eBay to Windows users, probably the 32Bit NT 3.51 version that runs on 64Bit systems. BTW the version hidden on the Win98 CD is a 16b exe that supports UCS-2 and can run under Win-OS/2.

I guess this is gonna be my next scanning project. I was always a fan of these cute, little, early 90s tools for Windows 3.x.
Here's Data Becker's "TextEddy"... from 1992. Took me quite a while to find both the official manual and a working floppy disk for this.
