Faktisch kann ich sagen, dass mir die Aktion „Winterpokal„ wieder geholfen hat, sportlich über den Winter durchzuziehen.
🏃♀️habe ich immer mindestens 1 h gemacht.
Andere Aktivitäten meist 1/2 h.
Vielleicht hilft es ja jetzt für den Formaufbau der Frühjahrssaison😅🙏

Screenshot squadrats.com. Eine Karte, eingeteilt in quadratische Kacheln, von denen einige ausgefüllt sind und einige noch nicht ausgefüllt sind. Eine Linie (GPX-Track) über die Karte, dabei wurden vier Kacheln zum ersten Mal überfahren und dadurch als ausgefüllt markiert. Durch die neu überfahrenen Kacheln ergibt sich eine Vergrößerung des größtmöglichen Quadrats aus Kacheln um die Kantenlänge eins.
