#WishawLib had a very busy #WorldBookDay with nursery and school visits. Kids from Kiddieshack Nursery enjoyed a Bookbug session before Wishaw Academy visited to pick some books and hear stories.

Unfortunately our Pokémon Club at #WishawLib tomorrow (Tuesday 27 January) has been cancelled. Our trainer has reached 0 HP and needs a revive potion before next week. Please accept our apologies.

Our Monday Book Group at #WishawLib is looking for new members. The group meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 3.45pm.

Saturday Storytime is starting in #WishawLib from Saturday 24 January, 11am. No booking is necessary - just bring the kids along to enjoy stories in the library.

Our Chatterbooks group for age 9 - 12 year olds at #WishawLib on Mondays is looking for new members. The sessions are from 3.30pm weekly and are great fun for little readers.

Back in November, #WishawLib held a coffee morning to raise money for St Andrew's Hospice. The raised money has now been totalled up to the amazing figure of £1455.50. Thank you to everyone helped donate money for such a great cause.

In early August, the kids at #WishawLib turned their hand at potion making. Lots of secret potions created and tons of fun had by everyone.

#WishawLib recently turned into a forensic lab and had the kids investigating suspects.

We had some great LEGO builders at #WishawLib recently taking part in our #LetsGoLibraries LEGO Experiments. Everyone had a ton of fun.
