Skimming back through (hyperfixation hours whee) and worth bearing in mind too that Agott inarguably 1000% saved Coco, Richeh, and Tetia's lives in this moment. She even chose to bring up the rear so she could safely cast the fire spell - at obvious and extreme personal risk. #WitchHatAnimelier

So I gave the dub a try and they gave The Lad here (and his gramps) a full-on celtic brogue, which is NOT the voice I had ever given him in my head reading the manga lol.
