The regime tried to brand American citizens as "domestic terrorists," but their cases are falling apart in record numbers. From Chicago to the ICE facilities, the crackdown is failing. See the numbers the regime doesn't want you to see: www.dworkinsubstack.com/p/trump-in-f...
ICE Arrests
New vid! As the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition dazzled visitors to Chicago, a sneaky man named H.H. Holmes was murdering hundreds of Fair patrons in his Englewood hotel, later dubbed The Murder Castle. But turns out, not much of this story is actually true at all. Link below!

Oil painting of a male piping plover on a beach. A small, round bird with light brownish/grayish on top, a black brow line and neck ring, an orange beak with a black tip, and white undersides. It’s Monty, the legendary patriarch of Montrose Beach.
A loose oil study of a piping plover on a beach in profile
Photo of an oil painting in progress of two piping plovers on the beach. Monty on the right is walking left, and Rose and a plover chick are hunkered down in the sand. Beach grass and lake and waves are in the background.
Lettering done in the manner of a baseball jersey logo saying 'Plovers' in gradated orange with a big swoosh underline within which is the word 'Chicago'. On top of the Plovers lettering is a vector illustration of a piping plover with its feet on the 'o' and the 'v'.
it is Earth Day and also Plover Fever is heating up in Chicago so here are some Piping Plover things I have made
ICE in Chicago this morning at Elston and Kennicott—a masked agent tells a witness (on the sidewalk) not to get in front of his car.
Feds are continuing kidnappings across the city & burbs after increased activity this month.
No flashy CBP caravans, just a steady stream of covert ICE arrests.
FULL STORY: The significant increase in the number of times Chicago police officers have used force against members of the public since 2022 merits a “full-scale review,” Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul’s office told a federal judge. @wttw.bsky.social

Sign that says Indiana national Park
Couple days ago had the afternoon off, and decided to get out of town and see the beach. Reminder for local friends, you have a national park about 50 miles from downtown Chicago. Just 100 miles from Kalamazoo.
Stay alert, Chicago.
Hello gorgeous 🏙️ 🤩

“While the chaotic raids of this fall’s Operation Midway Blitz have faded, federal agents continue to arrest immigrants in the Chicago area, sometimes with legally questionable tactics.”
😡
We need to do this in Chicago.
Beautiful lime green and pink thick unfurling grape leaves that give the most delicious grapes I have ever eaten in my whole life.
Grape ‘Pink Reliance’ vines bursting to life again—color is just gorgeous. Takes a lot of pruning in our tiny #UrbsInHorto #Chicago garden but you can’t buy flavor like this at store & brought us 1st Red Spotted Purple #butterflies last year.

I will now manually convert this essay from Chicago to MLA. Because I do not trust machines.
Three-story frame Queen Anne-style home in dilapidated condition. The house has a hipped roof, a round turret on the corner and a front-facing gable. There is fish scale siding on the top of the turret and the gable. The rest of the siding is narrow boards painted maroon except for one section of the turret that looks like it is covered in black electrical tape. The roofs are in bad shape, the paint is peeling, and some parts of the facade look about ready to fall off.
316 N. Parkside, Chicago. Here's hoping someone will save this beauty.
I shot this 1999 image of Mistress Marilyn in Chicago in an empty storefront. The space provided an abundance of natural light and plenty of dirty store fixtures. In this photo, she’s behind a dirty glass door that was in desperate need of cleaning. This photo was made by a human artist with an analog Mamiya 645 medium format camera. I processed the negatives in my own darkroom. Also, the model is 100% human and her appearance has not been digitally manipulated. #latex #latexfashion #analog

Increased ICE activity in Chicago.
Need Chicago’s most powerful top that can handle me and my boyfriend’s holes. Idk if that type of power exists tho
American artist Faith Ringgold painted “Woman Looking in a Mirror” in 1966, during her groundbreaking “American People Series,” when she was using figuration to confront race, gender, beauty, and power in the United States. A mirror here is not a symbol of vanity. It becomes a tool of self-recognition in a culture that too often distorted or denied Black women’s personhood. A Black woman sits in a red chair in sharp left profile, raising a small oval hand mirror toward her face. Her skin is painted in rich reddish-brown tones, and Ringgold outlines her features with deep blue-black shadows that make the cheekbone, nose, neck, and shoulder feel sculptural and intense. She has short, softly waved dark hair, long lashes, and red lips that echo her pointed red fingernails. A thin bra strap curves over her shoulder, and behind her a grid of window panes opens onto dense, stylized leaves in blue, green, and black. The mirror reflects her face frontally, but not quite as a perfect double. Instead, the reflection feels simplified, quieter, almost withheld. The image turns a private act of looking into a charged moment of self-study, as though she is measuring how she appears and how she knows herself from within. Ringgold, born in Harlem, New York in 1930, was already forging the political vision that would define her career as an artist, activist, and storyteller. This painting asks who controls an image: the sitter, the viewer, or the society that frames both. The frontal reflection and side profile refuse to fully merge, suggesting the gap between public identity and inner selfhood. In that tension, Ringgold creates something both elegant and radical. The woman is composed, observant, and self-aware. She is not available for easy consumption; she is engaged in the serious work of seeing herself on her own terms.

I’ll never forget when my fave indie bookstore in Chicago — which put up index cards with employee reviews of books — tagged this one with “if you only read one book this year, it’s because you’re reading David Foster Wallace’s Infinite Jest.”
Transponder tracking showing the flight path of a DHS helicopter in the northwest Chicago suburbs.
DHS helicopter, transponder on, now at the DuPage County Airport.
Stay alert, Chicago area folks.

It's heron season in Chicago! The cormorants and black crowned night herons are back as well.
Protest in front of Trump tower on April 19, 2026. I’m holding up a sign that says “rapist” it has a picture of Trump’s face.
I’m from the Chicago area and get involved in rallies/marches there, but I was visiting NYC and just happened to be walking down 5th Avenue when I saw a protest in front of Trump Tower. I grabbed a sign and joined in. ♥️ Thank you New York Democrats! ♥️
Chicago! This will be good, you should go to this.
