Fay Fuller first woman to climb mt. rainier
On Aug. 10, 1890, Fay Fuller became the first woman to summit Mount Rainier—rocking a flannel bloomer suit (scandalous!), blackened face for sun protection, & pure grit. She later helped create Mount Rainier National Park & co-founded climbing clubs. #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenWhoMadeHistory
