The object of Wondrous Tails is to collect scrapbook stamps in the section on the *right* to complete lines of four across, down, or diagonally. You may collect only nine stamps in a given week, and may not reshuffle them if you have placed an eighth stamp.
The picture shows a book with seven stamps placed, such that the second row and third column would both complete a line if their intersection had a stamp. The bottom-right stamp is also placed, such that the top-left would complete a third line. With two stamps left to be placed, if they land in the top-left corner and in row two, column three, they would fill in the maximum possible of three complete lines. However, there is also a (much larger) chance that neither stamp will complete any lines.
The player currently has the option to shuffle the stamps once more, in an attempt to complete at least one line with only seven stamps.
Would you shuffle, knowing that you'd be giving up a very rare situation where three lines *could* be completed with the stamps as they lie?
Beyond evil... This stamp layout has a chance at completing three lines, but has pre-completed zero.
Keep or shuffle?
