A colour photograph of part of the ceiling over the entrance area. As I stepped inside I came under this four arch, vaulted ceiling. As I understand things, after the dissolution these buildings were a target for state sponsored reclamation [looting and wilful damage anyone?] Fortunately, restoration work is ongoing.

colour photograph of the, gated, entrance to WoodSpring Priory. Access times to the priory museum are restricted, though you can take photographs of the interior. Inside isn't a huge space though cool and peaceful. You can find out more about the history of the building and surroundings online.
