Humanoider DLR-Roboter TORO Der humanoide Laufroboter TORO (Torque-controlled humanoid robot) kann robust gehen, Treppen steigen und klettern. Das DLR-Institut für Robotik und Mechatronik erforscht mit TORO die zweibeinige Fortbewegung von Robotern. Auf der automatica 2025 zeigt er seine neue Fähigkeit, seine Umgebung wahrzunehmen und darauf zu reagieren.

Einsatz im Labor für AIMM AIMM (Autonomous Industrial Mobile Manipulator) ist spezialisiert auf das Handhaben und Transportieren von Gegenständen. Das am DLR-Institut für Robotik und Mechatronik entwickelte System kann selbst in teilweise unbekannten Umgebungen autonom agieren. Mögliche Einsatzgebiete sind in der Fertigung und Labor-Automatisierung.

Assistenzroboter für Rollstuhlfahrende Der neu entwickelte Assistenzroboter EDAN soll es Menschen mit starken körperlichen Einschränkungen ermöglichen, wieder mobil im Alltag zu sein. Der teilautonom steuerbare Roboterarm ist speziell für den Einsatz am Rollstuhl konzipiert und lässt sich intuitiv bedienen.

Der DLR-Roboterarm SARA (Safe Autonomous Robotic Assistant) soll in der digitalisierten Fabrik der Zukunft effizient und sicher mit dem Mensch zusammenarbeiten. Das System lässt sich flexibel an neue Aufgaben anpassen und durch Vormachen oder KI-Modelle programmieren.
