A picture focused on a mountain range, with sun rays coming down from between clouds in the sky, originating beyond the top-left corner. Several rays are cast across the foreground, many others can be seen in the background, partially covered by fog. The mountain consists of of large, light-colored riges in an irregular pattern, with dirt and gravel sediment built up in between. Grass, bushes and various evergreen trees sgrow on the lower areas of this sediment. The foothills of the mountain end in water on one side of the image and flatter land in another sidee. The entire image has a slight golden-yellow tint to it, to indicate it having been made shortly after sunrise ends or before sunset begins. The terrain was made with worldpainter, exported to minecraft, and rendered with chunky. Trees by paleozoey.

So this render took way longer than expected, but I daresay the result after some post-processing was worthwhile. I really hadn't thought creating an effect like this was possible in Chunky.
The map in question is nearly ready for release.

The "roughening" of the Island's mountains is now done, so now actual infrastructure planning and layouts can be created. This took a long time (since 1/19), but I think it was worth the time invested (for previous icky terrain, check replies) #worldpainter #minecraft #dinosaurs
