For those of you in a very warm Norwich, and heading back towards Hastings on our #WymondhamWinder, I can highly recommend the free chilled water-bottle refilling point on the station concourse to the right of the gateline
The consist of today’s @hastingsdiesels.co.uk 🇬🇧 #WymondhamWinder train to #Norwich includes a lovely #buffet @diningcar.at with “The BIG Bar”, based on a former, 1970s, buffet coach which operated i.a. on the #Brighton line. It was of the “4-BIG” type, IG being the old telegraphic code for Brighton.
Hello from the @hastingsdiesels.co.uk 🇬🇧 #WymondhamWinder #railtour to #Norwich. I’m travelling in the wonderfully restored Class 201 #Hastings #Thumper #DEMU motor coach #1001 from the 1950s.
The rising sun is reflected in the bodyside of blue and grey livery DEMU vehicle S60000
Good morning! #WymondhamWinder
A 3-coach train sits in the depot under a blue and cirrus sky. The end of the train is full-yellow, while 2 of the vehicles nearest the camera are painted in BR blue & grey livery.
We look forward to our #WymondhamWinder railtour to Norwich which takes place tomorrow. An early start, see some of you there!
Earlier on this was our 3-car DEMU basking in the depot.
