The one on the bottom right, has "Frills" that convey Xemnas' "emotions" despite not having them. I like to exaggerated his hair because its easy for me to do so. So yes, they'd tilt up or down based on how he feels. Or they'd stand on ends (similar to Saix) when angered. :3 He's my little silly! (....He's a 7ft tall.)

Been doodling one of my favorite KH characters, Xemnas! In a couple of slightly different variations on how I draw his hair, eyes or just him in general.
