Twice today (730am & 3pm) while executing a dual lane turn I had an adjacent vehicle slide over into my lane requiring me to lay on the horn

FYI 6th Avenue between 9th and 11th street is closed for construction (though they are letting transit through). Looks like they're replacing light poles and/or working on the traffic lights.
