Serious question, Yolo County. What are you doing? This dude was hosing what smelled like indust-strength roundup into an ag ditch with a foot of water in it. 1:) Poor guy is wearing tyvek but NO RESPIRATOR. 2:) This ditch flows onto CDFW lands so oof to downstream wildlife. #YoloCo
