As I hear about more co-workers slipping on the ice on campus, it's important that #YorkU colleagues know that they should report such accidents.

Now, management at #YorkU has introduced chatbots into the learning management system. I am not looking forward to hearing about students saying "but the Moodle chatbot disagrees with you, Dr. Professor Know-Nothing."

Plus, here at #YorkU, we're required to manually upload the letter grades to a system that is not connected to the LMS.

And we need and arms-length body to review cases to ensure that the code of conduct is applied.

Because I’m convinced that what we have now, like these “guidelines” here at #YorkU are toothless and performative CYA.
