Last night in New Zealand, going out in style with a night tour of Wellington’s #Zealandia nature reserve, complete with upside-down constellations, dinosaurs, very rare frogs and New Zealand’s most famous residents.
The Merlin app offered me a Peregrine Falcon when I was at #Zealandia in #NewZealand a couple of months ago! It does its best, but seemed quite happy to offer me a species that doesn't exist there at all. So it's not infallible.
TBH: had never thought to try it on my Derby plot. Will give it a go.
