Donna Terpo and the Orb of Nine Mercies by Zhaolong, a Post-TF comic, where a Pteranodon turned Wingsuiter shows up hoping to get a reverse TF back into the male pteranodon they once were. Since she arrived late to the event, Zhaolong has to collect mercy from the audience to see if she may be reverted. The first panel depicts Zhaolong's claw holding an old pocketwatch. The middle panel depicts Donna Terpo with an urgent expression as she grasps hold of Zhaolong's arm in protest, begging for a better result. The final panel depitcts Zhaolong with a mournful expression telling her that everything that can be done has been done here, and not to lose hope for a future, permanent reversion. Dialogue: Zhaolong: Time is up, Donna Terpo. The orb has been powered by nine mercies out of the ten you require. Donna Terpo: No! Please, there has to be a way! Zhaolong: Calm, my innocent pteranodon. There is enough goodwill to revert you, but a compromise must take place. Either you can go back as a pteranodon with nylon wings for a day, or be fully restored for about twelve hours. Which do you choose? Donna Terpo: Wait! C-c-can't I have more time?! Oh, fine. Please send me back as who I was. I can't go back to my flock as a monster! Just... can you extend the time? Please? I miss my flock and I miss... myself. Zhaolong: I'm sorry, but the Orb's powers are limited. However, I will grant your wish as best I can. You will have approximately from midday to midnight to be your true self in the Cretaceous. Zhaolong: Five hundred fifty mercies could make your restoration permanent, but there is no time left. Do not lose hope of finding another way. Many wish you well, myself included.

Donna Terpo receives the news that since she only received 9 mercies out of 10, her reversion will contain "compromise."

The image is a 3-panel TF sequence of a Dragonboat turning into a gnoll (an anthro hyena.) Since the Dragonboat is inanimate, a demi-Dragon named Zhaolong and an anthropomorphic synthetic seaserpent have to push the boat to the Orb of Reversion for the magic to work. The scene is at night, but is well lit by off-screen lighting. Once the gnoll is reverted, Zhaolong gives him some bad news in the third panel-- someone parked him illegally when he was TF'd into a boat and so he'll have to be turned into a boat again and used to pay the fines. The Dragonboat, gnoll, and synthetic seaserpent are from a previous TF sequence, "Year of the Wood Dragon (Inanimate TF) 1/10" Dialogue and narration: Panel 1: Synthetic Seaserpent: "This one is gonna like being reverted." Zhaolong: "He's not gonna like hearing about the parking tickets." Panel 2: >SCCCCHK-ZAM< (This is the sound effect of the orb for this TF.) Panel 3: Gnoll: "That was the worst experience of my life!" Zhaolong: "Sorry that happened to you! I have to let you know though, someone parked you illegally, and to pay the fines you've been signed up for an extra year as a Dragonboat." Gnoll: "WHAT?!"

A Dragonboat is thankful to get a reversion TF back into a gnoll, but his relief is deflated when Zhaolong delivers the news. Details in Alt text!
