zsh-abbr The zsh manager for auto-expanding abbreviations

Released zsh-abbr v6.5.0. Two new fns for extension authors:

abbr-expand-line and abbr-set-line-cursor take text, return data to answer questions like "would spacebar expand an abbreviation?" and "if not, would the cursor move?"
