Taking annual leave next week, but no rest for the weary. I can't believe I have appointments and meetings every darned day! --eyes, dentist, MOT and servicing, requiring two trips to Eastbourne, and maybe the vet etc. etc. I really just want to write my conference paper. #AcademicProblems

When you spend all day, from 8 am to 7 pm, revising two pages of a publication you're working on, and the next draft is due SOON, and you've still got a good 30+ pages to revise. 😬 #academicproblems #writing

I've been saying this for a while... hopefully international conference organisers will consider where they're hosting or allow for hybrid participation.
That said, online conference fees are hilariously astronomical and unrealistic.
