A painting with 2 characters in mourning clothes in front of a memorial statue? Kinda thing. It’s hard to explain, English is not my first language. I’m sorry but I hope the feelings get to you. The bodies of his parents were never found so I decided to create a “memorial statue” instead of a regular tombstone or anything. The foliage in the foreground has water droplets because the rain has just lifted. The overgrown vines signalling that there hasn’t been anyone visiting the location in quite some time. Only after sixteen years, Hanze finally decided to face the loss. He should be 24 years old in this. Vriella is accompanying him because it’s his first time visiting and she wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to her grandson (or anything around him). Thank you for reading if you did!!!!!
