Zöe has turned away from Rio who is visibly concerned for her.
Zöe: Rio, i forgot my name- i'll die without it (here it should be noted that Zöe has confused her common name with her secret name, the latter being the vital name for fae to remember)
Rio: i'll help you

Rio: our class is going to a book-fair. i'll help you remember your name on the bus!
???: i've never been to the fair, before!
two bits of extra alt text... first, the inside joke. my youngest, when he was around seven, upon hearing that we were going to the fair said, "i've never been to the fair, before!" despite that the previous year he had, in fact, been to the fair. fast forward one year later and i tell him the same thing and he says, in exactly that same tone, "i've never been to the fair, before!". in "Mail By Magpie" Zöe/Kilroy has a sudden memory flashback of having gone to the fair with her family.
second thing, Zöe shall be referred to as ??? for a few pages.
Ever & Always
