#AltonBrownLive was amazing! Captain Crunch, thermodynamics, conductivity, an omelet, water, STEAM, a hotdog making contest, and a terrifying boy scout song. Classic Alton Brown was had by all. He was hilarious and educational. I'm so glad we went!

If you were to tell the me from 10 years ago, still in high school, that you would get the chance to see that funny "Good Eats" man from culinary arts class, Alton Brown, live AND get a book officially signed by him, she wouldn't believe you. Guess whaaaat?
