It has been 60 days since an Amazon driver blew through a stop sign and hit my wife, totaling our vehicle.
To date, Amazon has done zero for us.
I had to file on my own insurance, having to pay my deductible, just to move forward. I now have to tag another car, which will be pricey.

I did not get some parts of my latest #Amazon order. So, I go to notify them of this. One item is fine, they are replacing it. The other, they are insisting I return it, although I never got it. So I'm sending them an empty box. #AIsucks #AmazonSucks #HireSomeFingHumansYouCheapskates

In hindsight, complaining about Amazon's poor delivery times to their chatbot and using the term "billionaire overlords" might be why my packages are arriving later and later.
Mind you, they're coming ALL THE WAY from one side of Jefferson Parish to the other, about 4 miles.
